Promotion and establishment of local tag and release program.

B) Dissemination of information via the web utilizing foundation web page as a vehicle, as well as onboard vessel training emphasizing good seamanship and boat handling. Promote safety of life at sea by enrolling and participating in APRS tracking program. Develop and promote electronic float and tracking program. Culling of local waypoints for safety as well as recreation. Advancement of electronic navigation and paperless charts through software envolment along with offering various correspondence navigation courses. Education of marine engineering theory and principles emphasizing on knowledge of maintenance and repair, operating equipment and finally providing data on local obstructions/erosion and shoaling.
